Free-standing tanks made of polypropylene are a great tool for storing liquid and bulk materials. They are suitable for storing water, chemicals, lubricants, sand, clay or for use as part of process equipment. The tanks are also health-safe and therefore allow the storage of food products.

The construction and material design of all-plastic tanks is based on individual customer requirements. Before starting production, we always first consult the specific use of the tank, working conditions and other requirements based on the intended use. Tanks can be equipped with various baffles, stoppers, taps, piping, ladders, insulation or watermarking for level control. 

Free-standing tanks are reinforced with steel reinforcement from inside or outside the tank, by means of internal rods or plastic reinforcements.

Above ground tanks cannot be used for storage of flammable liquids containing oxidizing agents (e.g. concentrated nitric acid, halogens, etc.).

In order to ensure that these tanks are safe and have a long service life, we use the Rita 5.0 or Simona smart tanksoftware developed by the companies supplying the materials for these tanks to calculate the statics.

Free-standing tanks are available in two variants:

• Cylindrical
• Square

and also in the Double-jacket version
